Dr. Sujata Balulad is an electrophysiologist who recently joined Village Heart & Vein Center. Dr. Balulad is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. She moved to New York after completing medical school at Topiwala National Medical College in Mumbai, India. She completed her residency and fellowship training from Albany Medical Center, New York; Lahey Hospital and Medical Center, Massachusetts; and Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York, respectively. Dr. Balulad specializes in treating the abnormalities of electrical function of the heart. Her areas of special interest are treatment of arrhythmias and heart failure. Her passion is to improve her patients’ quality of life through minimally invasive procedures using the latest technology in the field of Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
